We are a small team of dedicated volunteers with a wide range of skills and experience. We love what we do, and we do it with passion.
We look forward to seeing UNAC Victoria grow.

Prior to moving to Victoria in 2011, David spent most of his life in Alberta, where he was a Member of the Legislative Assembly (1971 – 1986) and a Cabinet Minister (1979 – 1986) in two portfolios (Education, and Technology, Research and Telecommunications). Following his political involvement, he was Executive Director of the Public School Boards’ Association of Alberta (1990 – 2010).
